Pricing & terms
Written so there are no surprises: how the work is priced, what the setup fee covers, when the card is charged, how long the term is, how to cancel, what is refundable, and what you keep. The agreement you sign is the binding version; this page explains it in plain English.
To cancel
One email to [email protected] with your business name and end date. You get a written confirmation.
Notice periods are on your agreement: 30 days on ongoing plans after the initial term.
How the work is priced
Three kinds of price
One-time builds, monthly plans, and fixed-price profile packages. Every one is written on the agreement before a card is charged.
Website build
A one-time project with a written price and a payment schedule on the agreement. The price depends on the number of pages, the service areas and the features (booking, estimates, bilingual pages). You own the finished site files once the project is paid for.
Ongoing plans
A monthly fee for the work that continues: Google Business Profile management, posts, review replies, change monitoring, map rank tracking, citations, content on plans that include it, and the Portal. Quoted in writing after the strategy call.
Google Business Profile packages
Three fixed-price, one-time packages for a profile set up by our team, with the Portal and its AI tools unlocked for the service period. The prices are below and on the Portal page.

What the agreement says
These are the standard values on our agreements. If your signed agreement differs, the signed agreement controls.
Before any charge
You e-sign an agreement that lists the services, the price, the setup fee, the billing day, the term and the cancellation method. Nothing is charged until it is signed.
Setup fee
A one-time fee charged at kickoff for the work of the first month: profile set-up, citations, site drafting. It is earned once that work starts.
Monthly billing
Recurring fees are billed in advance on the billing day shown on your agreement, to the card you supplied, and a receipt is emailed. The merchant descriptor is printed on the agreement so the charge is recognisable on your statement.
Term
Ongoing plans have an initial term stated on the agreement (our standard is six months). After it, the plan continues month to month.
Cancelling
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your business name and the end date. Notice is 30 days after the initial term, unless your agreement says otherwise. You get a written confirmation.
Refunds
Website builds: the initial charge is earned at kickoff, completed milestones are non-refundable, and prepaid milestones that have not started are refundable on written request. Ongoing plans: a service month is non-refundable once it has begun.
What you keep
Everything we build is yours
We do not rent you a listing, a phone number or a website that disappears when you leave. The work builds assets in your name.
- Your domain name. If we registered it for you, it is registered in your name.
- Your Google Business Profile. You connected it with your own account and you can remove our access any time.
- Your reviews, your Google Analytics and Search Console data.
- Your finished website files once the build is paid for, provided on request.
Questions
Billing questions, answered
Because the right plan depends on the business: how many service areas, whether a site is being built, how competitive the market is. Quoting a number before the call means either overcharging the simple cases or underquoting the hard ones. After a 20-minute call you get a written quote, and the price on it is the price on the agreement.
No. Work outside the agreement needs a written change order you approve first. If a charge ever appears that you do not recognise, email [email protected] and it is looked into the same business day.
You can give notice at any time. During the initial term the remaining months of that term are due, as the agreement states, unless we agree otherwise; after the initial term, 30 days’ notice ends the plan. If something has gone wrong, say so in the same email: we would rather fix it than hold anyone to a term.
No. A card dispute does not cancel an agreement, it freezes your account while the bank investigates and slows down the thing you actually want. One email to [email protected] cancels the service and gets a written confirmation back, usually the same business day.
The site files are yours once the build is paid for; we provide them on request and help point your domain wherever you choose. Ongoing hosting and maintenance are part of the monthly plan, so they end when the plan ends unless we agree a hosting-only arrangement.
Yes, and we say so. Creating and verifying a listing costs nothing, and our free how-to guides show you how. What our packages and plans pay for is the work on the listing: set-up by someone who does it every day, the Portal, posts, review replies, change monitoring and map rank tracking.
